CHARACTER

Family owned and operated, Fleming Builders regards client relationships with the same importance as it does the construction buisness.  After raising a family with traditional values, Bill and Kelly know the importance of trust and character in any relationship.  Bill has over 30 years of client service as an insurrance broker and is a long-standing, active member of Rotary International.  Kelly is a career educator in the community and owner of EmK Originals - a custom clothing and acessories company.
